Fire Tiger Pike pattern is one of my most favourite in my fly box, Originally tied as a bet; worked out very well and saw plenty of action. Up till it was sacrificed to the river gods last week! So here is a how to on tying one as I have been asked many times over the last 2 years to tie these for people, now you can do your own. Due to its bulkiness, Its ideal for coloured water where you need to push water and the larger profile makes it easier to see while a pike is under it (silhouette).
