Shipping
- Orders are processed/picked/packed same day & shipped the following working day.
- Please allow 2-4 days for shipping (UK shorter time than EU)
- All shipping is priced at cost, we don’t earn extra on this.
- Shipping to the UK & EU only at this time and no; nothing to do with Brexit!
- We do NOT use the courier service Hermes!
- Rods are shipped via tracked Courier
- Smaller items shipped via Royal Mail
- Most all orders are shipped via 1st Class RM post, small items like Stickers/Wire trace are sent via 1st Class SM/LG Letter Post and Flies are sent via 1st Class LG Letter.
Fly Rod Warranty.
- All our rods come with 1 year warranty against quality defects or breakages from quality defects. Sections shall be repaired or replaced within warranty period.
- Damaged sections outside the warranty period are charged for.
- There is a 6-8 week lead time on repairs/replacements as these come direct from our supplier.
Fly Line Warranty.
- All our fly lines come with 6 months warranty against quality defects or breakages from quality defects.
- Welded loops come with a 3 Month warranty. Welded loops are easy to replace by welding a new loop, click HERE to see how to replace a worn loop.
- No refund shall be given if fly lines sustains damage caused accidentally or from misuse. BUT a repair maybe offered if it is possible to be repaired.
Pike on Fly Cancellations/Refunds
- Pike Fly Fishing Association Membership is non-refundable.
- You may cancel your booking 48 hours before hand and get a refund minus the PFFA membership.
- Bookings cancelled inside the 48 hour window will receive a 50% refund minus the PFFA membership.
- If your coach cancels your booking due to adverse weather or Covid-19 restrictions, you will get a full refund minus the PFFA membership or re-book your session if we can’t re-book your session.
