Shipping, We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD or mainstream couriers. We do not use Hermes/EVRI due to the large amount of negative feedback & lack of human contact when trying to track down a parcel.
For UK mainland orders, please allow 2-4 working days* for delivery, longer with diverse weather conditions, during “sale season” or Postal Strikes. For international orders, delivery time will vary depending on your location. Orders placed before 6pm during the week are prepared ready for Royal Mail collection the following working day. Please note that any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (except on bank holidays, will be Tuesday).
* ETA in working days (Mon-Fri), starts when order is scanned in by Royal Mail or dropped off to the local Post box. Does NOT include order processing time or delays caused by Postal Strikes.
